Bethesda Evangelical Congregational Church is home to American Heritage Girls Troop PA0336.  This troop meets every other Thursday at the church.

American Heritage Girls (AHG) is a Christian scouting-like organization that is designed for girls 5 to 18 years of age.  Their mission is dedicated to building women with integrity through service of God, family, community, and country.

American Heritage Girls across the nation participate in badge programs, service projects, leadership opportunities, and outdoor experiences, all with an emphasis on Christian values and family involvement.
