Women of Bethesda

Started in January 2002. The Women of Bethesda began with a call for women to gather to pray about women's ministry at Bethesda.  The purpose is to glorify God through Spirit-led acts of service and meeting women's needs. The goal is to minister to the spiritual physical, and emotional needs of women and to provide opportunities for women to serve with our priorities being to encourage women to pursue a deeper personal walk with God through the study of HIS Word, personal prayer life, and a purposeful connection with others.

Offerings for the Women of Bethesda include:

  • Spiritual Partners meet in groups of one to two women, journeying deeper into a relationship with God as well as with each other. Foundational aspects of these groups are learning about and having a personal quiet time with God and sharing and praying together about what God has said through those times. Other study books may be used as the Holy Spirit leads. There groups are on-going.

  • Ladies Monthly Brunch occurs on the second Saturday of each month.  The ladies meet at the Haven Diner at the corner of Route 183 and 443 at 12:30 pm.  Breakfast and lunch are available.  For more information contact Cherie

  • Women's Bible Studies are held on Wednesdays from 6:30 - 7:30 pm at the church during fall and spring semesters.  Click here for more information on Wednesday Night Ministries.

  • Ladies Annual Retreat is held every March at Kenbrook Bible Camp in Lebanon, PA.
