GriefShare
What is GriefShare?
While everyone's response to loss is unique, you do not have to go through the grieving process alone.

In this thirteen-week program topics address common struggles including:
-
Loneliness
-
Fear
-
Anger
-
Regrets
-
Relationships
-
Hope

GriefShare is a friendly, caring group of individuals who will walk alongside you through one of life's most difficult experiences while providing valuable tips. encouragement, and direction.

GriefShare seminars and support groups are facilitated by people who understand what you are going through and want to help. They want to provide and foster a supportive environment where that can help you take healthy steps in the right direction and avoid pitfalls.

Even though GriefShare is based on Christian principles, people from all faiths (even those who are not religious) have found hope and healing from attending these sessions.

What happens in a typical meeting?
Each week you will view a 30-minute video on a grief-related topic, which features valuable insights for others who have lost loved ones. After the video, there will be discussions about the video and how it applies to your life. After the meeting, you will receive a book with helpful tips and exercises for personal support throughout the week.

When does GriefShare Meet?
GriefShare meets the second and fourth Sundays of each month at 1:30 pm in the Bethesda EC Church Library (Room 200). The address of the church is 155 Reedsville Road, Schuylkill Haven, PA 17972.
